01. Send over your inquiry
Fill out the contact form with all the good stuff: your date, location, what you’re planning, and anything you’re already dreaming up for the day.
02. We’ll Schedule a Consult
If I’m available for your date, we’ll hop on a call to chat through your plans, get to know each other, and make sure we’re the right fit. This is where you can ask questions, share your vision, and tell me what matters most to you.
03. Make It Official
Once you’re ready to book, I’ll send over the proposal, contract, and invoice. After the contract is signed and your retainer is paid, your date is officially saved.
04. Planning Support Begins
From there, I’m in your corner. We’ll talk through timeline details, session planning, photo priorities, logistics, and anything else that helps your day feel smoother and more like you.
05. Wedding Day Magic
When the day arrives, I’ll be there for the good times, the chaos, the tiny emotional moments, and the dance floor energy. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and fully present.
06. Sneak Peeks + Gallery Delivery
After the wedding, you’ll receive sneak peeks first, then your full online gallery once everything is carefully edited and ready. From there, you can download, share, print, and relive it all over again.

What does full day wedding photography coverage mean?
Full-day coverage means I document your entire wedding story, not just a set number of hours. I typically arrive up to 4 hours before your ceremony and stay through your formal sendoff, but the focus isn’t the clock. It’s the experience. From getting ready to the last song on the dance floor, your day is covered from start to finish—without hourly pressure or last-minute add-ons.

Do you travel?
Absolutely. Travel is included within 120 miles of New Braunfels, TX and Loveland, CO. For destination weddings beyond that, custom travel quotes are provided. Whether you’re getting married in Austin, the Texas Hill Country, or planning something further away—I’m always ready to go where your story takes us.
What is required to reserve you for our wedding date?
A signed contract and a $1,000 retainer officially secure your date. From there, payments can be made in installments, with the final balance due one month prior to your wedding day.
What is your turnaround time?
Wedding galleries are delivered within 8–12 weeks of your wedding day, depending on the season. You’ll receive sneak peeks shortly after your celebration—because I know you can’t wait to relive it.
How do you deliver images?
Your images are delivered in a private online gallery available for two years. From there, you can download high-resolution files, share with family and friends, and order professional prints or heirloom albums directly through my print shop.
Do you help with timeline planning?
Yes. After booking, I draft your photography timeline and collaborate with your planner to ensure the day flows seamlessly.
