My schedule has been filling up with intimate weddings lately and I am in love. And while I love every wedding I shoot, big or small, the intimate ones are just what I’ve been needing in this current season of life. Emily and Grady’s intimate cliffside ceremony showed my just that – I love small weddings! It was so sweet and personal all while being surrounded by their closest family and friends.
From Proposal to I Do
Emily and Grady are high school sweethearts and nearly 8 years later, Grady popped the question and asked Emily to marry him. It was on the same cliffside they said I do on 5 months later. on his grandfathers property in Del Rio, Texas! I loved that they chose to come back to the same location to share another special moment.

When they decided to hold the ceremony in the same spot that Grady proposed, they planned their beautiful wedding day in just five months. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they said ‘I do’ with Grady’s uncle as their officiant. There wasn’t a dry eye anywhere, including the bride and groom!
Bringing Two Families Together
A unique touch to their wedding day was a branding ceremony. They wanted to symbolize the two families joining as one on their big day. And now they have something to remember this day forever!
