I had the best time capturing this engagement session at the Fort Worth Stockyards! Cayla and Cy, such an adorable couple wanted something different for their engagement session. So, they decided on this beautiful location, and let me tell you it was perfect! They wanted their engagement session to be a bit different – a little Western, if you will. They weren’t looking for the typical park or beach setting. No, Cayla and Cy were looking for something that would truly reflect their adventurous spirits, and the Stockyards were just that!
Western Themed Engagement Session
After discussing several options, the decision was made. They jumped in their truck, made the drive to Fort Worth, TX, and there we were, in the heart of cattle country! The Stockyards, with their rustic charm and genuine western feel, provided the perfect backdrop for this special occasion. But it was more than just an engagement photoshoot. It was a day filled with laughter, joy, and a lot of love. Cayla and Cy’s personalities shone through in every picture. Their love for each other was palpable, and their excitement about their upcoming wedding was contagious!
We took photos amongst the cattle – a really unique experience. The cattle didn’t seem to mind and added to the western feel of the photos. And the photos! Each one captured a moment, a smile, a look of love. These are more than just pictures; they are memories, frozen in time, to be cherished forever. The Fort Worth Stockyards, with their old-world charm, were the perfect complement to Cayla and Cy’s modern love story. It was an amazing day, and I feel honored to have been a part of it.
